Another summer has come and passed. And I didn't even feel it. It's times like these when I feel old. Time is passing me by and I haven't lived my life yet. When can I scream? When can I let go? When is it my turn?

It's me, not you.

I need to not wait for it to happen. I need to make it happen.

I was sitting at my desk, doing my homework. Ear plugs in, pencil scribbling away. Then this lyrical sound came on and drew me out, into myself. I found myself just sitting there, entranced. I closed my eyes and I had this perfect moment of clarity. Of stillness. Of peace.

I just had to share. Honestly, I felt like it nourished my soul, touched my mind and warmed my heart.
